For the last few years I am looking for some kind of inner peace....calmness...relaxation. About a year ago I read a great spiritual journey book by Elizabeth Gilbert called "Eat, Pray, Love". Great story of self discovery. Few days ago I read a great article about a Pema Chödrön...and I think I am going to set up a goal for this year to try to be more Zen, to try to learn the magic of meditation and relaxation.
