Happy Friday- Mom's Fruit Pizza

It's Friday. It has been a very busy and eventful week. Starting with my mom's visit and finishing on catching up on work and household chores...mostly laundry, lots and lots of laundry...

After all that hard work we decided to indulge ourselves with something sweet but healthy at the same time. While reading my dailies, this yummy fruit pizza popped up. Love pizza, love fruit. Perfect combo! Don’t you think it looks divine!!!!
Here is how to do Mom's Fruit Pizza if you would like to try it yourself:

Pizza Crust:
1/4 C. butter, softened
1/4 C. Crisco (butter flavor)
3/4 C. sugar
1 eggs
3/4 C. flour
1 t. cream of tartar
1/2 t. baking soda
pinch of salt

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. sugar
1 t. milk

Assort fresh fruit. I used raspberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches, kiwi, and blueberries.

Directions:
Cream butter and shortening together, add sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Grease 1 pizza pan. (Refrigerating the dough prior to spreading makes it easier.) Spread dough on pizza pan and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
Cream together all ingredients for filling and spread on cooled crusts.
Top with fresh fruit and vuala.

Hope you will enjoy this piece of heaven. Take care of yourself and I wish you all a sunny, relaxing weekend.

Kisses,
oxoxox

Ps: Tomorrow I will post few photos from last week (my mom's visit)
