When I think of what it might have been like to live in a city apartment this is what I wish for!

Which do you prefer?

Both of these spaces are pretty clean and simple. But which do you prefer? I think I like a few more accessories? I feel lost in a space without that personal touch. Or is it a personal touch when you choose not to really accessorize?

Steampunk and The New Victorians

Steampunk aka The New Victorians is a wonderful new trend. Some say this vintage industrial steam era inspired interior and fashion trend was solidified with the amazing interiors of Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch of Roman and Williams hit the scene. Their design of hospitality spaces across the board is amazing!

Have you see the trend popping up? I feel like I see it everywhere... and I love it!

Baby it's cold outside...

I am loving this clean cut house with the touch of warm fuzzy blankets and such that add all kinds of texture! I only wished they had photographed the inside of this dining area/sun room. It looks equally amazing!

The black, the white, the grey.... the light fixtures...

Kelly Hoppen - London Calling

Kelly's Georgian townhouse in London is an amazing view into her design style. I just love her! Modern, clean and classic. Not too over the top and a splash of color. This home is the second that she has completely remodeled and designed for herself. Which I think every designer really needs to do - that way you can buy all of the great things that maybe your client wouldn't let you have (you know that there is always something!)

City Living for fashion designers from DAY

City Living is easy when you are this cool. Why do fashion designers always have the coolest houses. This great little apartment makes it happen for me!
