We had our first "remodel" in the ole house. I guess most people find out after they build that there are certain things that they would do differently. We decided that we simply could not live with the laundry/mudroom the way it was arranged. We enter the house through the laundry/mudroom via the garage. This all sounded perfect, except we had it backwards. The flow was all wrong.
After about 12 hours of electrical and plumbing, it was ready to be put back together.
This is where the washer/dryer/utility sink was originally placed. This is what you see when you walk into the house from the garage. We plan to have an organized place to hang coats, bags, keys and shoes.
Now the washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in this niche. We plan to have cabinets hung above to keep detergent and laundry supplies out-of-sight.
On a personal note, I decided that I needed to improve my physical appearance by adding some length to my short and stubby eyelashes.
I thought applying eyelash extensions sounded like a great idea. They last up-to 6 weeks...perfect solution!

Okay, obviously I am not a professional, therefore, these all fell off within 2 days. I will try this again and I do think I could do a decent enough job to apply these for a special night out.
