Spring Skirts...How fun!

Skirts from: J. Crew, Anthropologie and Lover

1.A.P.C.  2. Steven Alan 3. J.Crew  4. Ever 5. J.Crew

When the sun is starting to shine and the air feels like a warm cashmere touch (instead of a slap on the face every time you go out) it's time to let your legs go loose. You know what I mean, my lovelies....skirts are perfect for sunny, easy, everyday wear and even the simplest skirts can double for daywear or evening wear. Since today the weather is getting so fabulous and I am ready for my legs to be free with some breezy, light spring clothes and I am ready to renew a love affair with skirts. So how about a statement, ladies? Show those legs off this season :)

Flats: Essential or...?

I can't live without a good pair of flats. I always make sure that I have at least one black pair for everyday wear. It just fits with everything and it’s extremely comfy. Believe me a simple pair of flats is very hard to find.

There is a braver colour choice as well, which depends on my mood. This year I went for baby pink from Zara (which I adore...they look almost the same as little ballerina shoes).

Here are a few great basic black flats which I love:

(Photo and pirce list via Jordan)
A. Repetto Ballet Flats $200
B. Delman Flats $170
C. Gap Flats $40
D. Target Mossimo Flats $13
E. Bloch Ballet Flats $125
F. Calvin Klein Lexa $98

Which pair do your feet fancy? Where do you buy your flats?

See you later lovelies,

All important tees

My Dearest how you feel about tees? I think they are an essential part of the wardrobe. You can dress it up with a fancy jacket or make it funkier with a great scarf but tee is a tee....and a good one does not come around everyday. I love my tees and I am always on a lookout for new designs. My main requirement is that it has to be cotton (I don’t like all that fake stuff). I just discovered a great designing duo Eric and Susan who own ModCloth. Their pieces are divine and their story fascinating. They started out at age of 17 and by now they have a successful business with an internationally recognized brand and a website viewed by over 10,000,000 women in the last two years. Amazing, don’t you think? Ok, ok enough of all that chat...here are the goods :)

The Frog Princess Tee,29.99$

Little dose of beauty ( Hair and Lush)

                                                                                 (photo via le fashion)
Isn't she just beautiful and her hair is just glowing! It is so important to have a healthy hair. It complements your whole look. I love not complicated, easy to do and slightly messy looks. That’s why this hair bundle appeals to me so much.

I don’t know what cosmetics you all use for your hair but I am in love with Lush. This is a natural, hand made British cosmetics company. Below you can read about all the things Lush believes in:
To make my hair shine I use Godiva's solid shampoo (I know what you think, Solid? No way.....but my dearest, yes way. It’s the best shampoo I ever used and it smells like a dream).Godiva is a sexy, jasmine-scented, two-in-one Shampoo (and conditioner) Bar. Is named after the woman who famously rode through the streets of Coventry with only her long flowing locks to cover her modesty. She was protesting against the taxes which her husband was planning to introduce. Godiva has the same sensual, jasmine scent as Flying Fox and it makes your hair soft. It makes my hair look and smell great and Balazs loves it too:).

I think it is so important to make sure that the products we use are healthy for the environment and not tested on animals. I hate when I use something which has all those E-letters.

What cosmetics make you tingle and make your man love you even more??

Have a lovely Thursday.....almost weekend:)

I am in love with Kristina Klarin jewellery!

I am all about jewellery. Don’t you think that a necklace or a ring can add so much to the outfit? I am a huge fan of Kristina Klarin and her beautiful wooden bubbles. She has this unbelievable ability of mix colours so it fits just right. I especially love the combination of mint, eggshell blue, aubergine, charcol, pale green, misty rose and steel blue. But of course if you are not comfortable with big size necklaces then Kristina has those handmade small beaded ones which are equally adorable.

My guilty pleasure: Bags- 2010 Styles

Handbags are my obsession. I probably have close to 20 bags in my closet, from totes to shoulder bags. I think a bag is a completion of the outfit. I personally choose my bags depending on my mood. I love big, massive totes and I am not afraid of colour. Here are few of my favourite new finds. Lately I am fascinated by Mulberry - British luxury brand that is so city chic. Renowned for its fashion-forward sensibility yet understated design.
This messenger Alexa bag by Mulberry gives me that relaxed slouchy vibe. It seems so relaxed and comfortable to wear and let’s be honest it fits with everything. I love it!!!
This Mulberry Bays Water bag is so classic and adorable. It can go with jeans, sandals and with a skirt and a jacket.

And the last one is Monogram Idylle Speedy 30" bag by Louis Vuitton. I have this ongoing love story with Louis Vuitton and this bag is just perfect in every way.

So which bag would you wear?

What is your guilty pleasure?

New Spring Lips

 (Image via Style.com)

Just in, new lipstick colours which rock my world. This season, corals and nudes are extra glamorous, while shades of fuchsia and purple feel so girlish on nearly any skin tone. I don’t know about you but as soon as I put a little bit of lipstick I feel so much more glamorous, even if I am wearing sweats. I am not brave enough to wear deep reds, although I love the look. Get the look at home by drawing with Mac’s lip pencil in Mahogany (draw on two layers of colour with just the pencil and blot in between for the mattest possible finish).

On daily basis I wear corals which are universally flattering but not out there. Chanel and Givenchy are my favourite. I absolutely love the nude colours from Shu Uemura and Bobbi Brown. They look very sophisticated and so natural in the same time. They fit perfectly with smokey eye and little blush.

It seems that the most popular look for spring is a variation of deep magenta to a neon-shade of pink, fuchsia lips. Chanel for Rouge Coco has the prettiest shades of fuchsia.

The other day while browsing I found this picture of a girl with neon pink lipstick which I love. It’s a statement on its own. Just a tee, jeans and flats and you are set! I might try to buy that shade and hope to be brave enough to wear it one day.

Which lipstick colour makes you feel special?
What does your boyfriend or husband like on you? Man love lips….At least mine does.

Paris Fashion Week: Stella McCartney

The Stella McCartney girl is effortlessly sexy. I love the minimal makeup and au natural tresses. She absolutely shines! I think I found my girl crush :)
The question is which hair style you prefer? The sophisticated up duo or the messed up look. I have to say that I love both and its hard to choose but I am all about the messy, not trying too hard style.

What about you?

I am in love:)

...With those beautiful spring dresses. I am a big fan of dresses but I don’t wear then too often. I work from home, so I don’t feel the need to dress up....I love to be very comfy and lets be honest it's much easier to look like a slob if you know that people will not see you that day, but I promised myself to be more fashion forward from now on. Someone told me once that if you make an effort each day to get dress in something more than sport pants and tees then your whole outlook on life will change. So farewell to my brown sport pants (at least for now).

It seems that white is the colour this spring. I love those two dresses; especially the bottom one because of the beautiful shape and the fabric is so divine. The belt adds extra edge to the over all look.

Those four dresses are just a dream. Each of them are so different but so beautiful at the same time. Dresses are created by:

1: Diane Von Furstenberg
2: Carolina Herrera
3: James Coviello
4: Lela Rose

I saved the best for last. Here it is the one I love the most and it’s the most affordable (Top Shop). This dress is everything I love about spring: comfy, easy to wear, girly and had the most beautiful detailing.

Which dress would you wear? What is your favourite High Street Shop?
 Have a wonderful evening :)

Have a sunny weekend...Oscars:)

What are your plans for this weekend?
Because of the gloomy weather Balazs and I are not in the mood to go out, so probably we will try to catch up on few shows and movies we didn’t have a chance to see lately. I am dying to watch the Oscars...Hoping for some heart-felt speeches and lovely fashion.

Last year I loved Kate Winslet. She looked amazing in Atelier Yves Saint Laurent by Stefano Pilati asymmetric evening gown in grey degrade satin and embroidered black silk tulle. Her speeches made me cry, because she was so overwhelmed.
This year I have few of my favourites. Hold your breath!
I hope that: Penélope Cruz in Nine will win the supportive actress category. Sandra Bullock in The Blind Side will win the lead role and for best picture I am split between Avatar and Inglorious Basterds. I love both of those movies and I can’t pick one :)
So who are your winners?
Have a fantastic time whatever you doing this weekend:)
